Timelines

Here are a few timelines to keep in mind.

Facebook Requests – All Facebook post requests are now submitted via email: socialmedia@midwest-health.com. Submissions will usually be posted within 24 hours. If multiple requests are submitted posts will stagger for maximum impact.

Polo Shirts – Shirt orders are compiled and ordered by Midwest Health at 8am on the 1st of each month. If you don’t have your order in by then, your facility will have to wait until next month to order shirts. Since it takes roughly 2-3 weeks for the Midwest Health order to be processed, embroidered, and sent back to the communities, you could possibly be waiting up to 7 weeks for your shirts if you don’t get the order in on time. The shirt order file will be removed at 8am on the first of the month and will become available again for ordering on the 7th of the month.

Marketing Items – These need to be ordered 3 weeks in advance of when you need them. Keep an eye on your supplies and don’t let them completely run out.

Banners – Must be ordered 3 weeks in advance.

Promotional Items – These can take up to 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering for a specific event.

Signs and Vehicle Graphics – Require 6 weeks advance notice.
